There are two areas of compulsory study at La Salle Academy (Religious Education & English).
Students will then choose from a number of electives to meet the requirements for their HSC.
The calculation of units for the HSC, the requirements for an ATAR, options around vocational education (VET), school based apprenticehips/traineeships are all discussed in length with students and parents through our Year 10 'Successful Pathways Plan'. La Salle Academy is committed to working collaboratively with students and parents/guardians to choose the right senior schooling options that meet the students career needs/pre-requisities, student interests and student capabilities.

La Salle Academy is actively engaged with a number of VET providers to access many more Certificate options, including School based Apprenticeship and Traineeships. As part of our 'Successful Pathways Plan' we will engage with families to find the most suitable vocation education options available that allows students to complete training whilst still working towards their HSC.
