Wellbeing

"Education is not about knowing things or taking lessons but about being able to use three lingos: those of the head, the heart, and the hands... learning so that you can think about what you feel and do, can feel what you think and do, and can do what you feel and think. Unity within a person."

Pope Francis, 2021

La Salle Academy is focused on developing an educational environment that is both academically stimulating and challenging, whilst also being safe, supportive and meeting the differing needs of individuals.  Whilst our primary responsibility is the academic development of our students, our Christ-Centred faith and Lasallian charism ensures that our education focuses on the holistic development of each individual.  The creation of an educational experience that allows students to care for themselves, their peers and our community, creating a socially just world where we can work towards the common good for all will result in a well-rounded person who will make a significant contribution to our society.
